- Act as lender, broker, adviser or underwriter
- Undertake due diligence on behalf of any party
2. Nature of Introductions
Any introduction made by us is relationship-based and subject to mutual agreement between the parties involved.
We do not guarantee:
- Funding
- Investment
- Completion
- Returns
- Transaction execution
All negotiations and agreements occur directly between introduced parties.
3. Independent Assessment
All parties must:
- Undertake their own due diligence
- Seek independent legal, tax and financial advice
- Assess suitability independently
